Google Chrome –enable-usermedia-screen-capturing flag was available in previous versions of Chrome, which allows content and screen sharing as an experimental basis among all Chrome users.After the extension is loaded, it should have three buttons: Details, Remove and Errors in red letters.

Click the Load Unpacked button and select the broken extension directory.
